This year’s conference is virtual, and we have aimed to ensure that people across the world can participate, allowing maximum accessibility and usability, timezone considerations etc. and to make the conference as dynamic and including as possible.

Workshop 1:
In this workshop you will create visual maps of your research, projects and/or interests by visually interpreting your work in the form of landscape topologies.

The aim is to create visual maps to exchange knowledge with the participants at the E&PDE conference, in an effort to foster visual conversations to identify opportunities to collaborate and connect.

Workshop 2:
This workshop intends to share the user experience about new forms of digital sketching and immersive virtual reality (VR) work to promote the discussion about its benefits and shortcomings, efficiency and effectiveness in today’s creative, design and productivity workflows.

We invite you to collaborate, share and discuss new forms of ideation and design, based on co-design, flexible and distributed environments. The workshop facilitators and the audience will interact to develop ideas into concept(s) and 3D VR surface design rendering ready for production as a 3D printing prototype.

The COVID pandemic and the necessity to work and learn from home have accelerated the move to online learning.
