• Notification of Successful Abstracts – 18 December 2015

• Submission of Full Papers – 29 February 2016
  • Details of the submission process, including the paper template, may be found here

• Notification of Accepted Papers – 22 April 2016

• Deadline for submission of final paper and paper summary for publication – 23 May 2016.
• Deadline for Author Earlybird Registration – 10th of June 2016

• Conference – 8 and 9 September 2016
