All submissions need to be done via the conference submission portal conftool.

Initial abstracts should be submitted to Conftool as plain text. No template is required.

Full paper Template

Please use this Template to submit your final paper for the 2025 E&PDE conferece. Some web browsers prevent accessing Word document files (*.docx) in this case please select the second *.zip file which contains the Word Document template.

The full paper templates can also be downloaded from a OneDrive (you may need to log onto your Microsoft account).

A reference template has been created for Mendeley and other reference managers and can be accessed from: https://csl.mendeley.com/styles/649181441/EPDE

Visual paper

Please use the visual paper abstract template for initial submission. Some web browsers prevent accessing Word document files (*.docx) in this case please select the third *.zip file which contains both Abstract and Full Visual Word Document templates.

The full visual paper templates can also be downloaded from a OneDrive (you may need to log onto your Microsoft account).

You can also use Adobe InDesign and Illustrator templates to create your visual papers. Available templates are: All Visual papers templates here

Student papers

Student papers will use the same templates as the full paper templates. Student authors should reflect on how their learning was enhanced/challenged/limited by particular learning experiences. They should reflect on their learning experience rather than discussing their project and we would encourage them to relate their paper to learning and teaching issues.
