Conference Proceedings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The DS 137: Proceedings of the International Conference on Engineering and Product Design Education (E&PDE 2025) can be downloaded here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The proceedings will be published in The Design Society Library on the first day of the conference. We are happy to announce that all papers will have: DOI, ISSN and ISBN. We aim to have papers indexed within six months. Visual proceedings<\/a> will also now be published with The Design Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 27th International Conference on Engineering and Product Design Education<\/strong> will be hosted at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The University of Malta, Valletta Campus, on the 11th<\/sup> and 12th<\/sup> September 2025<\/strong>; with pre-conference workshops and events on the 10th<\/sup> September 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The E&PDE 2025 theme<\/strong><\/a> is <\/strong>Fostering Human-Centred Products and Services Design (OUTPACE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n As smart products continue to evolve, requiring integrated services to support them, engineering design education must accelerate to keep pace. E&PDE 2025 conference is dedicated to ensuring that engineering students are well-prepared to meet the demands of the modern industry. The conference is organised in partnership with the Design Education Special Interest Group (DESIG) of the Design Society and the Institution of Engineering Designers (IED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The E&PDE 2025 conference<\/strong> will bring together representatives from education and industry who have an interest in sharing new perspectives on design education. It will provide a forum for educators, practitioners and students from engineering and product design fields to discuss current and future educational issues. Professionals and students from other disciplines are also invited to contribute and participate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We will continue the Visual Papers\u202ftrack<\/strong><\/a>, inviting papers with high visual content and less text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
